Is anyone looking for some discount costumes? I know it is early but it is a really great time to be buying this sort of thing. Soon after Halloween all of those costumes tend to get reduced and I buy my outfit ready for the next year. I put it away in the back of the wardrobe and forget all about it so I get a surprise when I did it out the following October. I guess I have quite a collection of womens costumes now and I really should start to wear some of the old ones again but I just love having something new to surprise everyone with every year. My husband has suggested that I start up in business selling them because I have so many and although I do not have that many (and I know that he was joking), it probably would be a good idea to get rid of some of them but I just do not like parting with them. I guess I know that I will not get back the money I paid for them and I would rather hang on to them. I guess perhaps it would be a good idea if I spoke to my firends to see if they have any old ones and we could do some swapping. Then we coudl still get a costume that was new to us each year but it would not cost as much money as buying a new one. I know it is a good idea but I suppose I must just love shopping because all part of Halloween is shopping for the costume and if someone just gave it to me there would be a whole lost tradition. I suppose I will just have to give mine away and buy myself something new.
